Habitat detail

"+ Division 2: Omodos, by road E 601 NNE of village, where stream crosses, stream bed with dense shrubs, alt. 792 m, 20.4.2017, R. Hand 8153 (B). Apples are widely grown in the mountainous areas of Cyprus. Therefore, as elsewhere in Europe and the Mediterranean, at least incipient naturalisation is to be expected, but has not been documented so far. In the above-mentioned site, quite a few bushshaped individuals could be observed. To be classified as “Casual” for Cyprus" (Hand 2019).
