1 record, Apostolos Andreas, Karpasia Peninsula 2011. Presumed ship assisted. Stayed in the area for around one month (Christina Ieronymidou pers. comm.).

Has been spotted in Cyprus in recent years, although it does not have established populations (Birdlife 2018).
