Habitat detail

It grows in hedges, field margins, and on wasteland - almost all over Cyprus (Tsintides et al. 2002).

Alien: Naturalized invasive. Recorded from Larnaca and Limassol, and frequent near towns & villages. Perhaps sometimes confused with O. vulgaris - though usage of this name is ambiguous.
